We're thrilled to share that the SUNRISE Project has officially embarked on a remarkable journey, marked by an invigorating meeting held on January 15-16, 2024. Set against the backdrop of Ca' Foscari University of Venice (IT), this event convened a consortium of foremost experts and organizations deeply committed to reshaping the terrain of advanced materials and sustainability. ♻️

The meeting was packed with workshops covering key project areas. Topics ranged from developing the Integrated Impact Assessment Framework (IIAF) to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) assessment methods. Plus, we delved into mapping policy needs, aligning research agendas, and fostering proactive stakeholder involvement, underscoring our dedication to real-world impact and sustainability.
